“I brought a green velvet evening dress in the Petite range. It is beautifully styled with a v-neck front which is not too revealing and a gentle 'swing' to the skirt. I am 5ft 1" and the length of the dress is perfect for my height. I find it difficult to locate petite sizes in clothes these days, so now that I know Hobbs covers this, I will keep an eye out on new ranges. It is a pity though that I can't try on petite sizes in my local shop and have to order and hope that the item will still work, for me. Finally, the St Albans staff involved were were very positive and helpful which made the whole 'trying on' a lovely occasion!”

“I am just 5’2”, fairly curvy, and the elegant classic design of the Dormer dress suits me and in the Petite size 14 fits me beautifully. Just right for the festive season!”
