“I returned this dress as it arrived in a tiny paper envelope and was so creased it looked as though it had been screwed up for about a month. Even hanging it up for the night did not improve it. It certainly was not worth £149.”

“The dress arrived in a crumpled state, very creased. There was one small sheet of very well used tissue paper. I did not even try the dress on because It was in such awful condition.”

“Because of the way it was boxed the pleats were a wrinkled mess. I have let it hang over 2 weeks and very little improvement. I have an email in to customer service as I don't have my order number. P. A Clausen”
