“The dress is a good style and fit but the skirt of the dress was really creased and quite unwearable. I tried to iron it but proved impossible to remove the creases . I think it disgusting that such an expensive dress should arrive in such a condition. Yesterday I drove to Bluewater to see if in that store there was an uncreased version of this dress. There however only Christmas type of dresses were available . Not a wasted trip though as I bout a dress I'm L K Bennett in pristine condition For many years Hobbs has been my favourite other shop but sadly no more.”
