“I already have a lainey dress and am happy with it, but the one I received from Hobbs was an absolute disgrace, it looked like a dish rag. I’ve never received a dress from Hobbs in that state before. The dress looked as if it had just been crumpled up and pushed into a bag and dispatched. Very disappointed with Hobbs so returned.”

“I have always shopped at Hobbs and this is one of the few times I have been disappointed. I have bought a few of this style before and always very pleased. But on this occasion when the dress arrived and I tried it on was shocked that the fabric didn’t have the same feel quality wise as my others. Also it was to short and just didn’t fit properly. All my others are the same size and fit perfectly. A shame as I loved the colour”

“This is my second Lainey dress, purchased at sale. Bought 16P, it’s so well proportioned and love the three-quarter length sleeves. It is a little crushed but not too badly.”
