“The items was sent with a security tag. The customer service operator was pretty useless, it was impossible to contact Hobbs in any way to have an indication on how to proceed. The customer service person, Rhiannon, agreed to send me an email to take to any store to have the tag removed. It offered only £20.00 vouchers. The email was never received, but as the customer service person told me over the phone that all shops have the same tag system , l travelled all the way to my nearest store and had to pay for the parking. Once there the store told me that didn’t use that type of tags. She was able to remove it eventually but the customer service was absolutely awful. Will not repurchase anything on line.”

“I love, love, love this dress, it’s so feminine and flattering. I love the colour and style. My only quibble is that it could be improved with a couple of “hidden” buttons across the fullest part of the bust, to avoid gaping and keep the placket flat. I resolved this by adding 2 clear, tiny press studs into the placket. Invisible and solved the gap perfectly. 10/10 from me.”
“Love love love this dress! Lightweight floaty yet hangs well with pockets perfect for the summer.
I’m 5ft 2” and the length was perfect midi length. It does crease easily and needs a underslip as could be seen through in the bright sunlight but really happy with it great bargain in the sale!”
