“I had to return this item to your local Hobbs shop. You sent me the wrong size. You sent a regular not a petite. The dress therefore did not fit me properly at the bust and waist. It was also far too long. The shop assistant was appalled at the state of the dress as it had been sent out bundled up into a ball and was in poor condition with hairs and fluff on it. The shop assistant said she would complain about it and said this was not up to standard. Obviously I lost the postage fee so the whole experience of buying on line from Hobbs was poor”
