“Not really to my taste, although well made. Delivery and receipt excellent; returns process woeful. Signed for at depot following tracked delivery over 2 weeks ago and still no acknowledgment. Tried to follow up but no phone number, just live chat which I gave up on after waiting ages for a response. Wouldn’t buy directly again, probably via John Lewis as previously or in store.”

“I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present with the jacket as a work outfit. It fitted well and the size was true. The fabric was a good quality and she looked fabulous in it . Note to Hobbs - you lost a star for the delivery company you use ( DX ) It took them three attempts to deliver it and when you try to find out what’s going on you have to have a typed conversation with a computer then a person who obviously dealing remotely with a lot of customers at the same time and gave a different excuse to why my parcel was returned each day to the warehouse ! A very frustrating experience.”
