“Great shoes. Not.worn them yet, but can't wait for slightly warmer weather, to get more wear out of them.”

“Ordered online mid December, lovely shoes but badly marked on the top and obviously one shoe had been tried on a lot as was marked on sole. Rang customer service (lovely helpful lady) and was given a code to avoid further postage charge. It was confirmed that they had been sourced from a store. I ordered another pair, they turned up with one sole also marked (tried on in store?) each shoe was a different shade and the top of each shoe was stitched noticeably differently. I returned both pairs back to store - a 25 mile round trip. I am disappointed with the quality and standard that I’ve come to expect from Hobbs and will not order online again.”
