“I bought the earrings for £29 with a £20 birthday voucher from Hobbs, thanks for the gift. Unfortunately the earrings were packaged in a plastic zip lock bag and brown envelope like I'd just ordered them from China, not a high end store, and one arrived broken. I returned them and asked for a replacement to be sent in a box. They have just refunded me the £9. So I've lost my free £20 birthday voucher and it's cost me £3 in p&p to boot. Happy birthday me. The earrings are lovely though, it they arrive to you intact.”
