“The coat is beautiful but my experience with Hobbs delivery and trying to contact them was awful customer service took two hours and the chat didn’t work have emailed but no reply not what I would expect. Ordered from somewhere else much better service and communication.”

“Beautiful coat, nice shape double breasted which is what I wanted. Exactly the coat that I was looking for, great quality and heavy, you can always tell a quality item and this is a quality item. The finish is good, the lining great. I am pleased that I have it in my wardrobe. Would recommend.”

“I ordered the bigger size ,but had to send it back. Then ordered the smaller size,which is quite a lot smaller. It's a gorgeous coat though,and warm.”
