How was the material?

“The jacket is beautiful. What isn’t beautiful is the way it was packaged. I’ve bought £20 items from Zara that come perfectly presented but this £375 suit arrived in an open bashed cheap box, crumpled with the tape coming off. This is the way my last three Hobbs parcels have arrived. It’s completely in acceptable. Because of this, I won’t order from Hobbs again.”
