“I have returned this dress as the material was most unpleasant to the touch and left a sticky residue on my fingers. I liked the style and fit of the dress but did not purchase it because of the very unpleasant and inappropriate/unsuitable fabric.
I DO NOT understand why you are asking for a photograph of me wearing the Mia dress as I have returned the dress, and passed on my comments re the appalling/inappropriate material on at least 2 occasions. Once via Harriet on Live Chat, and the second one via the questionnaire that was sent to me.
I would prefer someone, a PERSON, to contact me to discuss this issue and to receive feedback as to whether or not the fabric should feel the way that it does. Was the item sent to me a "one-off"?
I regularily purchase dresses from Hobbs and I have only returned an item if it did not suit me etc, not because the fabric was "faulty".”
