“My wife bought this dress online - when it arrived the material felt very sticky. So she didnt try it on and took it back to the Hobbs Cribbs Causeway store. The staff were excellent - they explained about the fabric and said they could steam it for her.. She was unsure so returned it but they suggested she come back later and have another look at the material and perhaps try the dress on. We went back to the store and the material was much better and we then bought the dress again. The staff really helped her and were a credit to Hobbs. Excellent customer service !”
