“This was a gift purchase. I bought a gift box, but the shirt arrived in an awful state in a paper bag. The bag was pristine, but although someone had obviously folded it and tried to make the best of it in tissue it still looked like it had been rolled in a ball and sat on. I pressed it and wrapped it up. My mum was really pleased with the shirt and looks great in it and was none the wiser. However, I’m glad I didn’t get it sent direct to her! Customer service was excellent but it makes me question any more on line orders.”
