“I tried the milkshake and it's okay... it just kind of taste mildly like a laffy taffy but nothing too special I'll be honest. Just tasted like artificial banana flavoring and milk with some sweetener. I was expecting much more. I tried it once so far and haven't wanted to try it again so it's just been sitting in my cabinet.”
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our products. We greatly appreciate it when our customers share their experiences with us, both positive and negative.
We are sorry to hear that our drink did not suit your taste. Taste is indeed something very individual, and what is pleasant for one person can be less appealing for another. Each of us has different likes and preferences, and that is completely okay.
Do you know about our satisfaction guarantee? Feel free to contact our customer support, maybe we can find a solution together!
Best regards,
Sarah from HOLY 😊
