Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We always enjoy hearing what our customers have to say, whether it is praise or criticism.
We regret to hear that our drink did not quite suit your taste. Taste is a very personal thing and what is delicious for one person may not be for another. We all have different taste preferences and that is totally okay.
Have you heard about our satisfaction guarantee? Contact our customer service, maybe we can find a solution together!
Best regards,
Boris from HOLY 😊

“Loved the iced tea flavours included but I think there are more flavours of iced tea that you can buy...I need to sample ALL of the flavours because £39 is a lot to pay if you dont like the flavour when it arrives.”
