“This will sound counter intuitive and probably just me, but having the two tops screwing up the same way (I thought on two occasions I had, to find out I hadn't ) you'd think after once I'd got it sorted, well 2nd Shake and Main cap no chance. Aside from me being totally thick the Shaker is perfect now I've remembered you'd think at 78 years of age I'd learn superb drinks I really needed to drink more water not wear it Great Product I now have the energy to shake it! “The little lid does not always screw on right and requires clicking down to lock it in place. Annoying when you think it's on and shake it and your drink goes everywhere. Other than that the shaker is a good size, the insert bit which breaks up the powder works really well and there's no lumps left behind.”

Sorry to hear your shaker started leaking, that's really frustrating😕
Our HOLY shaker doesn't use a separate seal because it's designed to close securely through the screw cap itself, so what you experienced isn't how it should work.
We'd like to look into this for you, so could you share your order number and, if you happen to still have a photo/video of the shaker, that would help us understand what went wrong.
