Initially, the effect of HOLY can be unusual if you're typically used to conventional energy drinks. Those usually contain a high amount of sugar + artificial caffeine which gives you a very quick, strong push, but often makes you feel worse afterwards when the sugar crash sets in.
With HOLY, we completely avoid added sugar and also use NewCaff in combination with L-Theanine. The NewCaff releases slowly in your body over 2-4 hours, giving you a pleasant, consistent caffeine push and making you more focused rather than jittery and hyperactive. Afterward, you won't experience a sugar crash but will feel as you did initially, as the L-Theanine counteracts the crash :)
We aim for HOLY to be a focus drink and are not fans of this intense kick followed by fatigue when the effect wears off. In the end, we still have 160mg of caffeine per serving, which is definitely not little. However, every body reacts differently, and we're sorry that you also experienced headaches.
