1. we will send you a new flavour of your choice. Please note that in this case the satisfaction guarantee will not apply if you don't like the new flavour.
2. we will be happy to try the same flavour again. But only with your next order so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
3. or we will refund the purchase price of the tin.
