We are sorry to hear that your shaker is leaking. Have you correctly inserted the strainer into the lid? If the strainer is not properly inserted, it can become skewed and cause the shaker not to close properly.
If that's not the issue, please send us a short video to customer service where we can see the problem, and we will of course find a solution.
