Hi Anonymous,
thanks for your honest feedback! 🙏
It's a shame that the taste wasn't quite for you – taste is super individual, and that's completely okay. 😊
The good news: We have a satisfaction guarantee! If you don't like a product, we'll find a solution together – whether it's a replacement, a different flavour, or something else. Just write to us and let us know exactly what bothered you so that we can find the best solution for you.
Best wishes
Dhanya from HOLY 😊
“After seeing one of Danny's videos on YouTube (danny Vs food) I just had to try holy. The hydration sachets, ah, one of the main reasons I became a customer of you guys.
They really do an amazing job of hydrating and encouraging you to drink more fluids, absolutely fantastic, and honestly, very reasonably priced.”
Hi Lowrie!
Thank you for your honest feedback!
Please be advised that taste is an individual thing, which is why getting the starter sample box is the way to go in order to find your 'go to' HOLY taste :)
If you wish to discuss compensation or any other issues, please reach out to our customer services team!
Thanks,
Boris from HOLY
