“I found the consistency of the soup a bit gritty, probably from the potato. I don’t consider that this is Chicken and Sweetcorn soup, it was similar but not right. Personally I would ditch the potato and put in a note for serving to whip up an egg egg and drizzle slowly over a fork and stir to thinken. Then it would be the right consistency and for my money greatly improved. For your information I prepared 2 for a dinner and after tasting threw the other 2 away.”
