“I feel I cannot review this dish properly as we had the plumbers in for a boiler emergency when we were heating up this dish for lunch and so we were distracted and overcooked this dish so it was singed a bit on top and too dry. But the large slices of pork in it were unexpected (I had thought the enchiladas would be stuffed with something more like pulled pork or even that mince might be used) and I will definitely order this dish again to give it a fair shot.”
