I was really looking forward to Pots Dauphinoises but without the instructions I baked them for HOURS before they weren't half raw. Such lack of information is NOT FAIR on your customers nor your chefs. You need to make information clear & easy to get at. I love the service but HATE wasting food I have paid £ for because you supply no accessible information. I am elderly but not stupid.”
