“These were flavourful and very generous, even tho they appeared thin. I had worried that
they would be over-cooked and dry when heated up but in fact they were luscious and tender, with a really tasty sauce. I consider this chef a real discovery {I guess I don't get to Borough Market enough as I think the chef had a very successful stall there?) and will be certainly ordering from him (them?) again.”
