“The dish had a lovely, subtle, mushroom and Italian herb flavour. The portion size was extremely generous. This was a little more bland tasting than the classic tartiflette, which had a much stronger bacon flavour.
The dish was hard to plate up and I ate half of it the next day. However, the following day, a lot of liquid had collected at the bottom of the dish, making it look very messy/soggy.”

I’ve never heard or eaten it before. I could only manage 3/4 of the single portion,
I’m not sure if I’d try it again I’d need to do some research to find out what to or if there is something else you could eat it with it as it was a bit “beige””
“Bit salty and watery, minimal mushroom so felt like a side as mostly potatoes and cream/cheese
Would suggest a milder but thicker base and more mushrooms”
