“Wonderful flavours! I really enjoyed this dish but the microwave cooking instructions need amending for best results. Instructions say 5 mins but at 4.5 mins, it was already over cooked. No reflection on the chef’s ability, just a shame that the instructions aren’t accurate as they impact the end result.”
