We are glad to be of service and hope you will shop with us again. We just wanted to acknowledge your comments in regards to the tearing, these simplex (traditional pulp-based wallpapers) are all paper with no vinyl layer or additional coatings. They are at their most susceptible to tearing as you trim them when they have been pasted and become soft & supple. This is inherent to the product type rather than a quality or problem.
