“We really put this bad boy to the test when we recently received it, and I must say I was impressed! I've sampled outdoor speakers from many of those mall stores, starting in the $150 range, and hands down, this little speaker blows them away, both in volume of sound, and clarity. The transmitting range is also excellent, we plugged my iPhone in the transmitter, and carried it all over our warehouse to test the distance, and everywhere we went we had crystal clear sound, even with the metal ceiling and rafters in the warehouse. Which as you probably know, metal walls, ceilings, and rafters are far more likely to interfere with the signal than what you'd typically find in your backyard, pool, or at the lake. Plus, it's waterproof so you can literally throw it in the pool and take the sound with you; and if your party gets a little rowdy and water gets splashed into the waterproof speaker, muddling your sound, just press the button on the top to remove the grate, dump the water out, and you're back to clear sound in seconds.
Conclusion: I highly recommend it for anyone that enjoys music; and I plan on buying one for myself to take to the lake, and summertime pool parties.”
