“Ordered this for a Christmas gift. It arrived and was beautiful. The recipient had always wanted a flask, but when she opened the box the monogram plaque had started to lift. She was very excited about the gift and loved the stylish look. When I sent an e-mail to the company regarding how to ship it back for repair the said..... we are replacing it, we apologize for the problem, do what you wish with the one you have received. The over the top" part of this service was when the replacement one arrived.... it arrived in the Premium" gift box I had also purchased for the original gift.
