“Some glass residue was left on the engraved surfaces upon arrival. I had to scrape it off with a knife tip. The residue did scrape off easily and the engraving looks great now. This was a bit annoying but, for the price, it's still a nice gift after a little touch-up work. This might be a deal-breaker for someone who has great attention to detail and wants a perfect product as-delivered, however.”
