“I got this product as a personalized gift. No errors. The glass is of thick quality. For me the engraving and shipping was very fast. Overall good product. It only fell short of five stars because the design on the jug and glasses I got was not very visible. It looked much more distinct in the photographs online, but at home I had to turn it until the light reflected it just right. It wasn't just the clear glasses but also on the dark jug; it didn't show up as well as I'd hoped.”
