“The product is fine, but arrived sans the monogramming. Based on another purchase completed at the same time, had it been monogrammed, the initials would have been wrong. The directions concerning the monogramming are not clear, which, when coupled with an incorrect assumption on my part, caused the monogramming on the other part of the order to be incorrect. The seller, HomeWetBar.com, ultimately made good on both issues, but only after a someone higher up became involved. Even after the company refunded the purchase, I continued to receive email from Customer Service indicating that I was stuck with the purchase.”
