“This is an amazing story about customer service and service recovery. I ordered a whiskey glass engraved for my best friend for his birthday and I paid a lot of extra money for expedited delivery and shipping. HomeWetBar did, in fact, get the glass to me in time for my friend's birthday. However, when I opened it, it was not the right item. It was a wine glass with some random initials on it, not the whiskey glass I had ordered. I wrote back to the company and told them about the error. They were hugely apologetic and realized they had blown my opportunity to give my friend this great birthday gift. They immediately refunded my extra shipping charges, and they told me they would send the correct glass very quickly. They also told me to go ahead and keep the wine glass or dispose of it. Today I received the correct glass. It is beautiful. Exactly what I hoped for. And I was very impressed with their service recovery. What started out as a one star review based on their mistake has become a very very strong five star review. I cannot recommend their company more highly.”
