“Love the glasses and prompt attention and resolution by the seller to a mishap that could have left someone giftless at Christmas. My items arrived in time for our celebration but one of the 4 glasses was broken.
I reached out and explained the breakage as well as my timeline to get the gift to the recipient. I was NOT disappointed. A perfect replacement showed up almost overnight. The glasses with monogram were a favorite and now I want some for myself.”
“I have purchased from Keith many times in the past. I purchased more stemless wine glass because I really liked the quality of craftsmanship of the glasses. They were shipped in a timely matter, too. Which is always a plus!”
