An email to customer service was all it took to start the process of fixing the problem. They reviewed our issues, and sent us 4 new glasses in a timely manner. The new ones are fantastic. Love the quality of the glasses and the engraving, and can't wait to give this gift! Communication from Customer Service was quick, and at all hours of the day, I'm not sure when they sleep! :)”
