“Gave the wine glasses as a gift - but one arrived to my brother broken. They immediately replaced it and shippped it to him in time so he had the full set for his birthday”
“I purchased an engraved set of 8 for a 50th Anniversary gift. These glasses are pictured with red wine at the correct pour but the size of the glasses are clearly for white wine when I received them. In the description it says “Each wine glass can hold an impressive 12 ounces”. Who fills a wine glass to the rim with wine? I will now have to search out and order “Red Wine Glasses”!!!!! Not happy !!!”
“The monogrammed set of wine glasses came packaged great, the gift box beautiful and the glasses were perfect. I also ordered a charcuterie board but had to call about a problem with the order and the customer service was the best I’ve dealt with in years! Not only did I speak to a live person very quickly, the issue was handled immediately and completely. Can’t ask for better service than that. I highly recommend purchasing from this company. I certainly will.”
“One of the glasses came broken and I contacted them right away, they were so kind and helpful. Sent a replacement out right away. These glasses are beautiful and I would highly recommend. I will be buying from this company again in the future.”
