“I was searching for a promotion gift for my son as he promoted to Chief Warrant Officer, and ran across this shadowbox. As he is stationed in Germany and is sampling" many of the beers there the photo of the product with the beer caps in it really appealed to me. Unfortunately when I tried to order it online the website would not let me enter his entire title (too long). A quick call to customer service resolved the problem - the CSR was extremely helpful answered all my questions and I was also able to have the shadowbox shipped directly to APO which saved time and $$$!
