“While the product itself was great and everything I expected, the packing of it was not great. When the item was received the box was broken/not attached . Granted I’m happy to say the glass on the inside were fine. I was disappointed that we had to fix the box before giving it to the intended party. They also did not add the note with the gift. For $190.00 I would have preferred a gift that didn’t need to be fixed. Other then that I loved the gift!!”
“Was a bit hesitant to purchase this online for the price but upon arrival, this exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The custom etched wood, canter, and classes were EXACTLY as shown in the preview while ordering. My jaw dropped when opening the delivery and can not wait to give it to my bff at his retirement party next week. It is very pretty. the only thing I would suggest to modify is: the custom box could be more sturdy. the glasses and decanter could have been cleaner (they needed to be washed beofre gifting, and where the bubble wrap ensured its safe arrival, there maybe a more attractive way to present the gift once it arrives. perhaps include more paper crinkle wrap.”
