“We need a retirement gift at a reasonable cost that would be special and to us within a week. Well they delivered with a great product and in time. Extra shipping cost was minimal. We found a very small chip on the underside of the decanter lip when it arrived. Damaged in shipping. We called and the service was amazing. No questions asked. Said we are sorry and we will get a replacement out right away. We were able to gift what was received and then exchange when the replacement arrived s few days after our call. This is our third purchase and there will be more. Make a gift special and buy from this company!”
