“I purchased this item for my Captain. I requested quick shipping, which arrived as predicted. When my captain opened the box (I didn’t open it ahead of time) the engraved box had a perfect piece of the back of the box broken off. Then, there was a glass that was shattered. I contacted the company and they requested photos (I don’t blame them). Sent the photos and they refunded the price of the box (I told them we could fix that) and expedited a new engraved glass -through both the engraving process and shipping. Excellent customer service.”
“Slightly hard to see the etching and would have liked to be able to write a date on the bottom but there is not enough characters allowed, otherwise it looks really nice and we are pleased so far. (It is a gift so it has not been used yet and won't be used in my house therefore this is all I can give for a review.)”
