Jura makes outstanding products and they stand behind them. We had a Jura Impressa Z7 for 13 years. The heating element quit. Sent the machine back to Jura and they refurbished it for $500. They also let us know that in the 13 years we made over 8000 cups of coffee! Gave the refurbished one to friends (Happy Birthday) and we bought the Jura Z10 (latest model) and we are so happy. This machine is quiet! Jura made improvements to the grinding burr and now I don't wake up the family in the morning making a cup of coffee. This machine also has the Cold Brew feature and you don't need to add ice. We have been using it for a month now and having fun making all sorts of coffee drinks. The self-cleaning feature is also great, especially if you like milk drinks. I know it is expensive but so is buying coffee at a coffee house. I can be my own barista. You won't be disappointed.

I love this machine and wish I had upgraded to a one-touch sooner. I had a Jura F9 model for 17 years, that I absolutely enjoyed over 7,000 cups of coffee; I know Jura makes a solid product. I've since donated that machine to my office and acquired a Z10. This machine is awesome and makes the perfect tasting drinks (hot or cold). I see the Latte has already managed to sneak its way into front and center; but I've now become a fan of a Flat White; We'll see if that drink catches up! The machine looks great in my kitchen and I also got a milk cooler attachment, which ensures any drink is ready to go anytime! I haven't used the machine long enough to do any cleaning or maintenance (aside from the daily milk system cleaning). That process used to take about 10-15 minutes every couple months with my old F9; so I'll be curious how the process goes with the Z10. All in all, I'm very happy with this product and I feel I made the best choice in my selection. Thanks, Jura!!

There is no escaping that the Jura Z10, or anything Jura, is not expensive. That said if you want predictable consistency in your coffee drinks this is the thing for you. I am not one of those people who wants to spend 20 minutes in a carefully choreographed sequence of steps in order to have a drink. I drink my espresso like a Neapolitan I mean its coffee not Haut Brion 1927! To all those with $6000 machines and $2000 grinders, dosers, whisks and knock boxes all I can say is “you be you”. We’re very happy with the assortment of scripted drinks, the ability to adjust each drink while its being made. I use RO water with my machine so the need for filtration or descaling disappears. Don’t believe the folks who say you need to add minerals back in, that silly science. Water is different (hardness, minerals, chlorine, etc.) around the world, the only pure water is RO filtered water. This is one of those things that you will appreciate spending the extra money on. To those who don’t get it, I’m not wasting my time trying to explain it to you.

Do we love it? YES! "The Barista", as we have named her is very popular! Always at the ready to make our delicious variety of drinks. The man of the house did not think it possible to break his 20+ year ritual with a "not to be named" popular worldwide coffee shop... Pleased to say, we no longer need to go elsewhere for a better cup of coffee. Breaking that outside coffee habit pays for this at-home barista in one year. (he still wants his paper cups... and I'm a potter :0 , but can't break all the habits at once) Finding the perfect beans has been the biggest challenge but we have finally found fabulous locally roasted beans. And if anyone is interested the Bean to Cup Decaf that Jura sells is an excellent decaf for your after-hours decaf drinks. We also got the milk cooler which makes everything super easy. She is an immaculate machine, loves to rinse regularly. It is super simple to perform deeper cleaning when prompted, the milk system is easy to clean daily, the water filter is easy to change when needed and she basically talks to you, letting you know what she wants... she is not that needy. :) We have our very own coffee shop now, what else can I say besides...LOVE IT!!! One of our best purchases ever.

After 10 days of daily use, I can happily and whole heartedly recommend this item. This item is expensive but performs as advertised! Following a less than delightful experience with a Miele CM6360 that I eventually returned (see review), I upgraded to the more expensive, and more capable Jura Z10. We have not been disappointed! It was easy to setup. It is quick to heat up and make incredible drinks (hot and cold). It is easy to program the screen and add your preferred drinks, all drinks are easily and infinitely customizable on the fly or saved to the screen for easy recall. Read the book or watch a few YouTube videos and you are up and running. Likes: Great Quality of Drink! One touch to fill 16 oz Hydro Flask in the morning with French Roast Coffee. Super easy ground coffee bypass used every night to make a perfect decaf Cafe Verona (yum). Super easy to make all the foam or steamed milk drinks that everybody loves. Easy clean up! Opportunity for improvement: 1. Price. 2. Have to use tablets once a day to clean milk system (although I admit it is super easy). 3. Water container could be a bit bigger (but it's close to the sink so not an issue).
