“We wanted to step up our home espresso machine to something top of the line, and I landed on Jura after a lot of research & consideration comparing models and brands. We landed on the E8 and it has literally changed my life. No joke- when I say I look forward to waking up in the morning so I can have my flat white and afternoon cappuccino - I mean it. I was never a morning person. But that’s changed. We just had a baby, so it was important to me to have something automatic and minimally operated to get caffeine straight away. “At the touch of a button” was the goal- and Jura delivered. This machine is so simple to use, yet so sophisticated. Only complaint: the milk frothing system. It’s basic, could be better, but handy none the less. My picky husband was on the fence of skepticism at first, but quickly came around after a couple uses. It has already paid for its self in terms of saving money making specialty espresso drinks at home instead of buying Starbucks. I also like to drink tea, so the hot water feature is amazing to have.”
“I just asked my wife what I should mention in this review, and she smilingly stated that the E8 has been life altering for me. Prior to my purchase I had read reviews, and even looked at the user instructions. I recommend carefully reading the instructions, to ensure that the E8 will be a joy to own and easy to operate. Most importantly, the coffees are absolutely delicious! I love being able to fine-tune (program) each coffee to my taste, and have a little cheat sheet to remember exactly what settings I saved for each specific choice. I wish that the E8 could make hot milk, rather than just the milk foam, but I did realize this prior to my purchase, and do not view this as a big deal. The only minor issue I have encountered with Jura is that their customer support seems to be overworked, and it can take over an hour to talk with one of their friendly associates. At least they do have an option to leave a message with a promise of a callback, which might be a better choice than waiting on the line. I wish I had purchased a Jura sooner, and highly recommend my E8.”
“If you are looking for the perfect coffee experience with high-end technologies the Jura coffee maker brand is the one! The product has a stylish design and is compact, and you can make so many different favorite drinks. Also, you can customize your drinks. The large water tank on the side will last for a whole day without filling out. The machine is easy to operate and maintain. It has a touch screen where you can choose amazing different drinks at just a push of a button. Because of the price, I was a little skeptical but after using the coffee machine for about 3 months now it is so worth it. The coffee drinks come out fresh, flavorful, and extra creamy!”
“I just love it! Fast to warm up, quiet and my perfect cup of coffee is ready in seconds. No need to adjust anything you just press a button. (Note: you can do some adjustments: how strong you want your coffee, the amount of milk, double shot or not, temperature). It is a fully automatic machine you don't deal with coffee everywhere, no mess no fuss. Is it expensive? yes, but so worth it. I even bought some glass cups to see the layers in my latte macchiato. I really like that it takes the milk directly from the bottle to make my drink. I might get the Jura milk cooler at some point but for now it works great. Cons: you need to use the Jura cleaning tabs and I drink far more coffee than I used too.”
“OK, I’ve had E8 for over six months and here is my honest opinion…. Sounds crazy but my ONLY problem is me…! This is something I should have purchased years ago…. I mean you look at the price and say “it’s just coffee”…. However the DAILY joy (and the evenings of anticipation of morning) are just that. Daily JOYS…! I chose based on two things: which company’s machine made the BEST coffee and which one also had the most straightforward and easy maintenance process…. It was yours (but you knew that)…! My wife, who was lukewarm but supportive of the whole deal, has also caught the “bug”…. I cannot tell you how happy we are…. Now I just need to wait until morning…! LOVE YOU…!”
“Just Buy It! You won't be disappointed! We have enjoyed trying all the new coffee variations. This machine is like having your own barista at home. Flat white...voila, Espresso...voila, cappuccino...viola-the list goes on. You want it stronger, more cream--that baby is there to modify your drink each time you put your cup down. Our only problem is not having enough coffee beans in the house! Let me say something about the cleaning-it is ingenious! The machine cleans itself and has a separate cleaning ritual that we perform as well. It's simple, thorough and quick! Don't forget to buy the refrigerated cream container-that's been a blessing for us! We are overjoyed with the purchase of this machine! Pull the trigger. Don't second guess the purchase of this machine-I remember wondering if this was a good decision. Well, IT WAS! Enjoy it like all the other Jura E8 buyers!”
