“Originally when I ordered this I listed the last name as it said to do on the directions; however I assumed they would automatically add ‘s to the family name which they did not. When I received the sign I was disappointed as the sign was not accurate however I expressed my wishes to the seller and they sent me a new one for free and with express shipping which I really appreciated. When the new one came it did have a tiny chip in the paint but it was accurate and overall I liked it. My brother in law and sister in law love it!”
