“Ordered 4 customized whiskey glasses and loved them. One of them came in completely shattered but the other 3 were fine. Thought I was going to have to argue about getting it replaced however customer support replaced it free and expedited the process to ensure it arrived in time for my wedding. One less thing to worry about for the wedding was greatly appreciated. And the glasses received were high quality and the engraving exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend home wet bar to anyone.”
