“Ordered this as a gift. From the order time to delivery it was about 6 days which was faster than expected due to personalization. The packaging was top notch and the item arrived in excellent condition.
The entire set seems to be of good quality and was enjoyed by the recipient. The only con and reason I cannot give 5 stars are that the etching on the glasses as well as the decanter is not as prominent as I would have expected. This has been mentioned in other reviews of this company and if you are expecting the etching to stand out you will be disappointed.”
“I expected delivery to be about 2 weeks as I was sending it to Texas and I am located in Charleston, SC. Arrived just a week and half. I ordered the decanter set for my son in laws birthday next month. My daughter said the package is very well packed and in excellent condition. “I'm happy with the quality of there products. The twist shape of the glasses is very cool and they have some weight to them. These are a gift which I haven't given yet, but I'm hoping once he puts the whiskey in the decanter the detail will show better than when it's empty. I kind of wish the etching was more pronounced but it should be fine once the dark liquid is behind it. Very well packed with bubble-wrap and arrived in perfect condition and fast!”
