“I loved this beer pitcher I ordered- brewery name was correct, and even though it looked a tad smaller than the pic, it's perfect and the recepient of the gift loved it! The first beer pitcher I ordered unfortunately did have a defect in the glass- a visible chip right under the brewery logo. I messaged the shop and they responded very quickly and shipped me a new one after asking for a few pictures of the defect- which is really easy to attach to a message.
I told the owner it was a Christmas gift, and I received a new one on Christmas Eve in perfect condition. The only reason I gave this 4 starts instead of 5 is bc they should have someone checking each order before it goes out, but mistakes happen! Would 100% order from this shop again!”
