“This set is nice and the decanter is solid. The original cups were a bit brittle as they were shattered upon delivery. I called customer service which was answered by a human on the weekend! Very surprising, but they were great and helped me right away. After a couple pictures sent by email they made a replacement order and had it to me in a few days which was great as the set was a Christmas gift. The second set of cups feel like much better quality. The etching is pretty good for price also. Overall I am please and would order from homewetbar again. Cups not pictured*”
