“I actually ordered this plus a set of five because I needed six. The first order around, two of the mugs were completely shattered. I had to order replacements, which was thankfully done free of charge and in a timely manner. Still late for my event, but that’s on me for ordering too late in the first place. When I got my replacement mugs though, one had a huge chip on the back and the other had a cracked rim. After contacting the shop, I was issued a refund on the damaged mugs and a partial refund on those that remained intact. Overall speedy and polite service, and the products that didn't break were gorgeous!”
