“Per my understanding the customer etching is completed by a separate facility and it took three attempts to get it right for our order. The first order the glass had a fault bubble that chipped in the mug and there were some score lines on the glass that looked to be caused by the etching process? Our third attempt was finally resolved and thankfully we started the process early enough to have in time for a 96th birthday! Customers service were superb and were very responsive in getting the order resolved.”
